ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
1.Assembles medical products on an assembly operation, performing a variety of tasks on a rotating basis.
2.Ability to rotate through the assembly line.
3.Performs on-line and in-process visual inspection of products to ensure specifications per work order and procedure are followed.
4.Assists Team Leader and Technicians with product and/or machine change-overs.
5.Ensures product assembled meets quality standards.
6.Rejects product outside of specifications.
7.Adheres to safety standards.
8.May operate a variety of testing equipment required for periodic product and process testing.
9.Working overtime may be required for this position.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to read, write and speak English, Spanish or meet local language requirement.
Demonstrates competencies and ability to rotate in a specific assembly line or work cell.
Ability to perform a variety of assembly tasks requiring dexterity and fine motor skills.
Ability to visually check work performed and identify whether a product has been assembled correctly.
Ability to follow instructions in performing repetitive tasks.
Attentiveness in performing tasks.
Ability to work as a member of a team in assembling sterile medical products.
Ability to meet line rate expectations.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
Three months of experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Three to six months of longevity in the same company.
At the Corporate site, if the position is on a Spanish-language line, it is preferred that the individual be Spanish speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish).

Infectious Control Risk Category III:
