Production Operator - Full Time With Benefits

We are looking to hire a Production Operator to join our team. As a member of the Buttonsmith production team, your responsibilities may include:

• Operation of equipment such as a digital garment printing line, industrial sewing machines, heat-presses, printing presses, and die-cutters
• Hand assembly of fabricated metal and plastic parts
• Semi-automated assembly of pins, buttons and magnets
• Packaging and preparing finished products for shipping
• Using order management and related software

Requirements

You must be able to:

• Operate equipment, performing repetitive operations, often while standing, up to 8 hours per day
• Lift 55 pounds
• Maneuver in tight awkward spaces
• Work overtime as required to meet surges in customer demand

Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing operations is a plus; experience making or crafting things as a hobby is also a plus.
• You must be legally able to work in the United States
• You must be at least 18 years of age
