The Operator I is responsible for operating medical balloon machines and for 100% inspection of each medical balloon produced.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Understand the need to deliver quality product and demonstrate a commitment to quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
Follow controlled environment protocols for hygiene and gowning.
Maintain regular attendance.
Operate medical balloon machines with simple process / materials such as PET, Nylon, and Urethane.
Read and interpret specification notes.
Use rulers, scissors, D.W. gauge and other measurement tools as required per specification.
Locate defects on product may require use of eye loupe / microscope.
Check for conformance to specifications.
Input data in computer system.
Manufacture and package product as designated per specification.
Work collaboratively in a Team environment.
Meeting or exceeding daily manufacturing standards.
