Production Operator

Immediate opening for Production Operator in the Dayton, OH area! *This role requires prior experience using ERP systems & machines.Who We Are11th Hour Staffing Inc. is a family-owned-and-operated business that is passionate about recruiting, customer service, and our community. • Prepare finished product for shipment to customer, which includes but is not limited to; visual/dimensional inspection, tape, slit, roll, fold, and package.
• Ability to follow work rules to produce pre-mixes and use machinery/equipment required to operate the belt filter, spray dryer, small-dot and stripe coating processes.
• Input data into ERP system to assist with production operation tracking.
• Adheres to the Quality Policy, including all items assigned to this position in accordance with ISO, FDA & Company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing objectives and key results, while being committed to living the company values.

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED required. 
• Successful characteristics include being detail oriented, self-motivated and capable of working well under pressure within a team environment.
• Candidate must have the ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Candidate must be computer literate with a good working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
• Must have experience with machines - ability to operate, monitor, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and fix. 
• Must have ERP experience.
