Complete computer-based training and all other programs needed to stay in compliance with company policies.
Familiar with all safety key systems, safety gates, safety eyes and safety stop buttons on all units. Knows where to go and what to do during an evacuation. Understands job responsibility during upset conditions in the plant (power outage ect.)
Observe material as it is being produced and identify any visual or physical defects of products and address accordingly. Knows what the quality standards on the product being manufacture
Notifies Crew Leader or shift supervisor of consistent defects, so that corrective action can be taken.
Be familiar with the operation of all production equipment. You must be able to performs job changes and machine adjustments.
Know how to package material that is being produced
Capable of starting-up, and shutting down a unit, and assisting where needed.
Train new or inexperienced employees on the job.
Must keep work area clean and report any unsafe conditions to their management immediately.
Practices safe work habits.
Must be properly trained to use all mobile equipment.
Knows where to access Material Safety Data Sheets SDS.

Will perform other related duties as directed by management.
