MAU is hiring a Production Manager for our client in Winnsboro, SC. As a Production Manager, you will train and develop staff members and supervise day-to-day operations. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Management, Math, Engineering, or equivalent
3 - 5+ years of experience as a finishing supervisor or production manager
5+ years of plant management level experience
5+ years of marine/boat management experience
In-depth knowledge of mold maintenance, gel coat, lamination, and assembly processes
Essential Functions
Oversee, administer, support, and track all Quality Control efforts
Responsible for plant production goals and continuous improvements, including the use of lean principles
Report items or circumstances that may negatively impact quality and help to develop solutions to solve such issues
Ensure daily production schedule is met
Control MRO spending
Manage layout of efficient use of machinery and equipment
Study, process, analyze, and improve the cost of production
Effectively communicate with employees and peers
Perform basic mathematical calculations and report data accurately
Work alone and stay on task while handling and prioritizing multiple projects
Maintain a clean and safe plant environment
Uphold the highest levels of professional and personal integrity and ethics
Perform other tasks as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility
Oversee the daily workflow of the plant
Schedule and organize staff to ensure proper staffing
Hire and train new management/supervisory employees
Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed, following company policy
