This position requires 100% domestic travel fly out Sunday, fly home Friday, year-round.

  • Understanding and delivering appropriate metrics and data to all levels of management.

  • Unlocking ideas for improvement.

  • Implementing a proven management operating system.

  • Giving frontline supervisors and their employees a voice.

  • Removing barriers and creating support from middle and senior management.

  • Changing cultures for long lasting results.

Professional Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.

  • 5+ years of proven direct supervision and management experience (Operations & Manufacturing industries preferred).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, build consensus, and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration amongst cross functional teams.

  • Ability to balance delivery of results, problem solving, and client management.

  • Develop a high level of personal and professional credibility with all levels of the organization and external clients.

  • Strong observation, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high pressure, and changing environments.

  • Exceptional communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills.

  • Ability to succeed in a team environment and deliver/receive daily constructive feedback.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.

VIEW JOBS 10/31/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-29T00:00 Production Engineer/Line ManagerJob Description The Production Engineer/Line Manager partners across sites/departments (Production, IE, Automation, Engineering, Planning, etc) to transfer/integrate the 3D XPoint TD technologies into our existing HVM (High Volume Manufacturing) systems, to include benchmarking, copying, developing, implementing and continuously improving operational standards, best-known methodologies, and multiple business processes and systems. Once manufacturing readiness is complete, this role will transition to Compressed Work Week (night or day shift, front-end or back-end of week, one Line Manager per shift) to act as the tactical Line Manager for these TD lines Additional Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): * Identifying and evaluating alternatives or contingencies to any start-up/ramp barriers. * Owning the tactical management of the WIP movement on TD lines to achieve aggressive velocity goals, while ensuring employee Safety and product Quality at all times. * Partnering with the other CWW leaders and Engineering organizations to manage resource interdependencies (tool and technician time that is shared with the other technologies that our factory runs). * Additional scope will be added to the Line Manager role to meet business needs, including cross-training with the other Production department CWW roles to enable absence coverage and business continuity. Qualifications Required Skills/Experience * 4-year degree required (Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering preferred) preferred * Proven understanding of manufacturing methodologies and principles (manufacturing science/factory physics) and line management strategies and tactics * Experience with Quality Control systems, Model Based Problem Solving, and LEAN principles * Experience with leveraging complex systems to optimize Factory performance.
