Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role. 3. Proven experience in production schedules, food processing, and dairy production. 4. Strong understanding of production management principles and best practices. 5.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills. 6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. 7. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a diverse team. 8.

Proficiency in using production management software and tools. 9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 10. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
