We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Manager to lead our Honda service shop, overseeing 100 bays and a skilled team of technicians. This exciting opportunity involves optimizing efficiency, maintaining high standards of quality, and contributing to the exponential growth of our expanding business. Objective: Responsible for continuously driving increased productivity and quality in the service shop and resorts directly to the Service Director.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of productivity in the service shop

  • Dispatch work to technicians and ensure efficient maximum shop workflow

  • Responsible for stall and shop cleanliness and upkeep

  • Responsible for shop maintenance oversight and ensuring all equipment is in proper working order at all times

  • Must maintain 96 FRFT as per Honda iN reporting for rolling 90 days

  • Safely test drive vehicles to verify any issues with a vehicle

  • Provide photos of any failed recommendations on multipoint inspections

  • Ensure all technicians run clock time on all labor operations regardless of labor type

  • Ensure all technicians follow warranty guidelines including inputting accurate and detailed CCC

  • Staying up to date on all training and certifications

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

  • Positive attitude with an emphasis on customer service

  • Promoting a clean work environment and leaving vehicles cleaner than when they arrived

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

  • Ability to work well in a team and maintain good working relationships

  • Any other duties as assigned

Schedule & Hours:

  • This is a full time position requiring no less than 50 hours a week.

  • This position requires Saturday availability.

  • Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat (OFF Thu/Sun)

  • Hours can vary between 7am-7pm (Mon-Fri) and 7am-6pm Saturday

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $3K/mo paid bi weekly ($1,384.62 per pay period) plus monthly production bonuses

  • Estimated annual compensation: ~$90K
