Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and quality control. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor field crews, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and exceptional workmanship.
• Client Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with clients, promptly address their needs and concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Resource Management: Optimize the use of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
• Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve high-performance levels.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and management.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including plant care, irrigation systems, and equipment operation.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing priorities and conditions.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid Passport: Must have a valid passport for travel to and from the Bahamas.
• Clean Criminal Record: A background check will be conducted.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Openness to living in a tropical Caribbean setting and willingness to adapt to local customs and culture.

Compensation and Benefits:

  mpetitive Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.
