Earn a starting salary of $ $49,920.00 per year plus OT Pay for 2nd shift. Flexible Shifts: Work during the evening from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am for 2nd shift.

Location: Fall River, MA - where your career takes center stage. Your Impact as a Machine Operator: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform daily maintenance on Camera-Based machines, ensuring optimal functionality within the packaging department. Swiftly repair breakdowns during normal production to maintain seamless operations. Proactively make line adjustments to prevent lost processing time.

Contribute to Preventative Maintenance efforts to eliminate or minimize future processing downtime. Master all aspects of Camera-Based equipment and share key adjustments with team members. Demonstrate attention to detail, organizational prowess, and strong mathematical skills.

Be self-motivated with leadership experience, fostering effective communication within the department. Thrive in a dynamic team environment, showcasing a positive attitude and sound judgment. Education and Experience:

Possess a one-year certificate from college or technical school; or showcase 2 to 3 years of related experience and/or training. General understanding of computers and applications, including proficiency in iPad usage. Prior experience in machine operation/tech is a must.
