Production Lead Technician - Day Shift

WORK SHIFT: Day shift - 12 hour days on 2-2-3 rotating shift

Accountabilities:

As a Production Lead Technician, you will be responsible for assigning and communicating daily tasks to Production Technicians, completing manufacturing documentation per approved procedures, operating processing equipment according to established SOPs, MPRs, & SPRs in accordance with cGMPs. You will also be responsible for leading level zero problem solving, owning deviation management, supporting process improvements and new equipment introductions, leading inventory reconciliation process in respective functional area, and building rapport with team to effectively lead day-to-day floor operations.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• 3-4 years' experience with Bachelors, >4 years' with Associates, >5 years' with High School Diploma

• Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others on assigned tasks

• Ability to effectively communicate, train and mentor others, and lead a team on day-to-day task completion

• Must possess computer skills

• Ability to perform job responsibilities with minimal oversight and direction

• Substantial prior experience with aseptic/cGMP standards

• Substantial prior experience in Bioprocessing work environment/systems/equipment operation

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• BS/BA degree preferred

• Degree in STEM field
