Within our lamination business, the role of Production Lead is to safely produce quality products for use by our customers. This role will require leadership qualities, machine operation, and warehouse material handing with development into office admin task which we will provide training. Our customers rely on Production Operators to produce high quality materials that meet their most demanding applications.

Starting Pay $19 or more an hour dependent upon experience

Do you have what it takes?

  • Understand production logs and associated documentation as well as required material usage reporting

  • Understand all functions of the machine, set-up, size changes and fine tuning of quality.

  • Setup or change over the machine from a previous job to perform the requirements of a new job

  • Safely palletize finished product, and clean work area, machines, and equipment using broom, rags, and cleaning compounds

  • Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a crowded environment

  • Perform daily general housekeeping activities to keep the work area clean and organized

  • Complete all work efficiently and timely as instructed by supervisor and manager

What qualifications do you need?

  • High school diploma or GED is required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing work environment preferred

  • Prior forklift experience required

  • Basic mathematical and computer skills required

  • Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up 50 lbs
