Now HIRING Night Shift Press Lead Hours: Night Shift

• 5PM-5AM on a 2,2,3 rotation Sign On Bonus Relocation Assistance Robust Benefits Competitive Wages Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Job Summary A Press Lead is responsible for leading and guiding the pressman and support staff in a printing facility. They maintain workflow, troubleshoot issues, manage staff, and work closely with the Press Manager to meet organizational goals.
  
  Essential Functions and Responsibilities Maintain workflow through each printing process. Conduct quality checks continuously throughout the shift and on every job that is running. Read and understand production work orders.
  
  Complete Sign-Off Process. Check daily PS punches. Monitor time and attendance of staff.
  
  Unload of material from trucks and staging, when needed. Monitor safety and ensure all employees are wearing necessary PPE and following all safety protocols. Schedule machines and ensure all scheduled jobs are assigned and running as designated to do so.
  
  Complete NCR's when appropriate. Provide solutions to improve quality and efficiency. Provide employees with company updates, policies, goals, and expectations.
  
  Work closely with the Press Manager to ensure all organizational goals are being met. Position Qualifications Prior leadership/management experience preferred. Knowledge of commercial printing, postal regulations, and related terminology is preferred.
  
  Ability to maintain professional relationships with co-workers and supporting staff. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to deal with frequent change while understanding the urgency in meeting deadlines Above average communication skills, both oral and written.
  
  Strong PC skills including but not limited to Google Suite, Excel, etc. Forklift Training/License. Innovairre is an equal opportunity employer.
