Production Lead - Night Shift

Are you a driven, professional leader with a passion for delivering results and developing people? EMIT Technologies is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Production Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll have the responsibility to supervise and lead our night shift production team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and providing direction to a team of production workers during the night shift.

• Assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring clear communication of responsibilities.

• Overseeing daily operations to meet production goals.

• Monitoring production progress and taking corrective actions to address any delays or issues.

• Collaborating with material handlers to ensure all necessary materials are available for each job.

• Conducting training for new employees and providing ongoing skill development for team members.

• Ensuring manufacturing equipment is properly maintained and operational.

• Enforcing quality control standards to meet product specifications and standards.

• Implementing safety procedures and programs to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing production challenges.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
