They will be responsible for the overall safety, quality and efficient operation of the processes within their area of responsibility. Ability to influence others and demonstrate a consistent, enthusiastic approach towards associates, co-workers and support staff. Has a working knowledge of all the equipment within their assigned area with the ability to train others. Leads by developing operator's job knowledge and drive continuous improvements to achieve established targets & objectives.Facility Address:Multimatic Indiana- New Haven 2808 Adams Center Road Fort Wayne, Indiana USA 46803Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.*
