Ascent Resources is seeking an experienced Production Foreman. This position is located in St Clairsville, OH and will report to the Production Superintendent.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Daily Tasks:

  • Oversee field operations

  • Communicate gas nominations to marketing

  • Review turnover reports and generate work orders for any outstanding discrepancies

  • Ensure downtime is coded and accounted for correctly

  • Troubleshoot equipment and production or I/E related problems with the lease operators in a timely manner to minimize downtime

  • Review and approve invoices

  • Monitor, control, and reduce LOE

  • Monitor, control and optimize daily wellhead production volumes.

  • Generate daily reports and ensure all work conducted for assigned route has been captured.

  • Personnel issues are reported to the Production Superintendent

  • Coordinate and conduct flowback operations when required in a manner sufficient to our BMP's and safety policies.

  • Coordinate simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) on assigned route with other departments

  • Evaluate Artificial Lift efficiencies, work with the Production Optimizer in order to fully optimize all artificial lift.

  • Manage your direct reports and contractors daily in accordance to our BMP's, SOP's, Safety Policies, and Employee Policy guidelines.

  • Work with each department daily to promote a team environment.

  • Continue to promote a safe work environment and a culture that is consistent with our beliefs and expectations. Ensure all incidents, spills, and near misses are reported to the Superintendent in a timely manner. Ensure all equipment failures are reported and investigated.

Weekly Tasks:

  • Review and approve operator timecards; Notify operators if not complete

  • Meets with Production Superintendent to go over operator/consultant/contractor performance, upcoming work schedule, maintenance schedule, personnel schedule

  • Attends weekly operations meeting

  • Review chemical treatment on a per well basis and communicate discrepancies to vendor and route specific operators

  • Perform at least one job audit a week

  • Perform at least one site audit a week

  • Meets with Production Superintendent to go over monthly training for employees training curriculum and reports

Monthly Tasks:

  • Assists Production Assistants on completing audits

  • Meets with Production Superintendent to go over audits

  • Meets with Production Superintendent to go over LOE costs

Quarterly Tasks:

  • Assists Production Superintendent with operator evaluations

  • Submit log of operator training

  • Help provide input for quarterly route reviews and failure analysis reviews.

Semi-annual Tasks:

  • Assists Production Superintendent with operators' semi-annual reviews

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven leadership/managerial expertise

  • Significant experience with productions

  • Problem solving skills, management experience, and communication skills are necessary

  • Must be ok with after-hours phone calls, including weekends and holidays

Education & Work Experience Required

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8+ years supervising production operations

Description Position Summary: The Food Production Supervisor supervises inmate workers to ensure that meal and food items are prepared in accordance with production plans. Trains workers in methods of performing duties and assigns/coordinates work to promote efficiency of operations, along with sanitation of the facility and maintaining personal safety. May requisition supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Essential Functions: * Conducts and/or attends daily shift huddles to communicate daily operational priorities, safety and security briefs * Supports daily schedules (if applicable), work areas, and assignments for inmates and/or Aramark food service workers and cooks * Supervises preparation and serving of meals while ensuring proper portion and special dietary requirements * Trains and guides inmates and staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, cooking methods, etc. * Oversees the completion of tasks * Reviews monthly menu, conducts inventory, and ensures that the appropriate product is ordered * Adheres to security procedures to facilitate the safety of yourself and others including ensuring that all kitchen tools and equipment are returned to their designated secure area * Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards customers, clients, and co-workers * Instills and monitors clean as you go culture with all assigned workers * Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation * Completes production paperwork and/or sanitation paperwork essential to be in compliance with Aramark and facility procedures * Ensures security of company assets * Communicates skillfully both written and verbally * Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager Qualifications * Minimum of one (1) year of food prep or related work preferred * Previous supervisory experience preferred * Previous experience interacting with inmates a plus * Ability to motivate and supervise inmates and/or team members to attain quality and quantity of food production in a correctional work environment * Must be able to obtain a food safety certification * Ability to work independently with limited supervision * Ability to exercise good judgment and tact * Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and policies * Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs * Must qualify for and maintain correctional facility security clearance .
