The PEAK (Production Engineering Accelerated Knowledge) Program provides early career Engineers with the opportunity to develop their Manufacturing Engineering skills in a challenging, fast-paced, and impactful manufacturing role onsite at Gigafactory Nevada. Throughout the program, you will develop both Process, Quality and Equipment Engineering skills to optimize & sustain some of the most highly advanced manufacturing in the world. Join us at Gigafactory Nevada, where cutting-edge technology meets innovation, and embark on a transformative journey to make a real difference, be part of an inclusive and diverse team, and elevate your engineering abilities.

Structure of the PEAK Program: The 6-month program will consist of the following components: Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Online Training (OLT), On-the-Job Training (OJT), and engineering projects.  The training curriculum is based upon being a Tesla Quality, Process and Equipment Engineer on our Battery and Drive Unit teams.

The PEAK program does not align you with a specialized occupation since you will be in a training program. Due to this, you will not be eligible for the H1B lottery, while you are in the program. If your university is aligned, you may be eligible to utilize your OPT during this year program.
