We are Drybar, the pioneer in the blow out bar business. We set out in 2010 with one, small shop in Los Angeles and one big mission: to shake up the beauty industry. Since then, our specialty just blowouts salon has grown to over 100 locations across 20 markets. Along the way, we also launched our own product line that is crafted for the perfect blowout, retailed in our Drybar shops, Sephora, Nordstrom, Ulta, and Bloomingdales.

We are actively a seeking a graphic design wizard with a specialty in creating gorgeous packaging and who loves production projects! But wait, there's more! ResponsibilitiesThe Responsibility of a Production Designer:

  • Creating production files that are organized and clean before sending to the printer.

  • Ensuring all design details are to Drybar standards (kerning, alignments, etc).

  • Collaborating with the designers for design direction and to ensure design consistency.

Production Projects include preparation of files for:

  • Packaging (bottles, tubes, cans, labels, boxes, seasonal kits)

  • Visual merchandising

  • Other print and digital collaterals


  • MUST be able to work out of Irvine, CA daily- NO telecommuting

  • Only candidates who submit a website or portfolio link on their resume will be considered

  • Must be passionate about production design

  • Organized and able to set up organizational system

Manages the prime contract and the relationship with the Customer's contracting official for projects. Implements Prime Contract Management Program and establishes contracts administration procedures. This position assists in proposal support, negotiation, and management and execution of the Prime Contract in conjunction with Sales, Operations, and the Project Manager. Ensures compliance with government regulations, statutes, and Client Practices. This role may either be assigned to a project supporting mid to large projects or work from an office location supporting projects remotely. This position is fully integrated with the project core team. Undertakes Prime Contract management execution activities in accordance with the Prime Contract with a view to preventing leakage and being reimbursed for valid changes. This position will play a large role in change management and pre-claim support. It is expected that the individual will have extensive knowledge of the foundation of basic contract management knowledge and skills required for success in the contracting field. Technical/Functional Responsibilities: * Advise the Project Management Team on the contractual significance of proposed actions. Be the expert on the prime contract * Prepare and provide contractually significant communications and notices * Coordinate with other project team members to identify customer related actions or inactions, which result in constructive contract changes. * Recommend and implement actions to document and request the additional compensation or time due Client * Provide support to business and execution units in the formation of prime contracts, including participating in the proposal, prime contract review, joint venture and/or subcontract partnering, and risk assessment process * Facilitate smooth transition from Sales to Execution with the support of the Project team throughout life of a risk project * Coordinate with the Legal, Insurance, Risk, Project Controls, and Project Business Services on commercial terms and risk issues * Review project correspondence to ensure Clients' rights are protected and that it is consistent with the terms of the prime contract * Evaluate cost, payment, insurance, risk, indemnification, and other material terms of agreements to provide recommended language to provide protection to Jacobs and update assessment throughout the project performance. * Participate in functional management team reviews * Ensure compliance with management of vital records and relevant correspondence to support reporting, contract audit, claims and litigations, and contract close out * Provide pre-claim and claim support and resources to project teams to prepare and negotiate claims as required * Report performance to the functional management for use in maintaining contracts metrics * Participate in risk reviews and functional management team reviews * Follow the Disputes process as defined by the Prime to track and administer throughout the project, while working with Legal #BIA * BA/BS or equivalent experience in related field * At least 7 years of experience in prime contract management and/or subcontract management * Must have extensive knowledge of the foundation of basic contract management knowledge and skills required for success in the contracting field * Construction contract management experience * Claims negotiation/management experience * Proposal development Jacobs Engineering Irvine CA
