Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services with 260 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

We are building world-class live experiences such as The Queens Ball: A Bridgerton Experience, Stranger Things: The Experience, and Stranger Things: The Official Store to help promote our most-popular IP and build them into title brands, or franchises, so they drive long-term value and become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time.

This specific role, Production Coordinator, Live Experiences, will be focused on Netflix House, Netflix's first permanent entertainment venues featuring live experiences. In this role, you will become a key member of the Netflix House team, and be responsible for organizing, integrating, and coordinating the design and delivery of specific Netflix House sites, helping to shepherd the project from Concept development through opening. You will be the hub of communication and connection for the team, tracking key action items, consistently maintaining a broad perspective of day-to-day project workflows, identifying roadblocks and minimizing duplicative efforts.

What you will do:

  • Integrate project information with internal and external organizations including project team. Act as "single source of truth" when it comes to project information.

  • Communicate to cross-functional partners within Netflix, such as marketing, Comms, PR, licensing, IP, legal, content and music. Keep key members informed, solicit feedback and implement when appropriate.

  • Liaise with third party vendors and partners, including creative agencies, production vendors, ticketing, marketing and site operations.

  • Collect, update, and maintain detailed project files across creative, production, and operations, keeping a consistent archival structure through the life of a project.

  • Assist in routing assets for approvals.

  • Assist with routing and processing of contractual and financial documents (i.e. NDAs, invoices, vendor set-up, etc.)

  • Maintain close awareness of project progress, design changes, milestones, vendor & partner points of contact, quality control, etc.

  • Build presentation decks for executive reviews, local municipality, and external partners.

  • Track action items and project milestones, framing up key project team decisions to ensure issue resolution takes place in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate all aspects of team/project related meetings and work sessions among internal and external team meetings, acting as designated note taker as needed.

  • Designated note taker in meetings and following up on outstanding matters as needed.

  • Be on site during construction and install as needed; supervise vendor work to ensure we meet quality, schedule and budget goals.

  • Integrate our overall production strategy and culture into production "ways of working" with all partners.

What we need from you:

  • Demonstrated, 5+ years of work experience ideally in the themed entertainment or location based entertainment industry. Some level of field/on-site experience preferred.

  • A passion and sense of curiosity for all facets of a project, including creative development, technical design, architectural design, project management & delivery, construction, F&B, operations & retail, marketing, etc.

  • Strong desire to find creative solutions to problems and realize problems always have more than one solution.

  • Excellent organizational skills using digital tools and Google suite. Experience with presentation building (i.e. Google slides, Keynote, PowerPoint) a must.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and digitally.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize.

  • Ability to travel to onsite locations as needed.

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
