Basics About the Position:

This specific position will act as a liaison between our client management team and our creative team. The person will need to balance client service skills with an understanding of developing creative products. The key attributes we are looking for are the following:

1.Attention to Detail: Our clients demand error-free work and this position is meant to make sure the details are taken care of while our creative and focus on...well, being creative.

2.Flexibility: The production process can be unpredictable, with a flood of creative material needed one week and then a slowdown the following. So the production coordinator needs to be adaptable to changes, a great juggler of schedules/products -- keeping all the balls in the air and ready for those unexpected new "balls to be tossed in" via aka last-minute projects.

3.Strength/Resilience: As the "go-between," there will be different demands pulling in different directions (from the client team wanting things on time and on budget -- a lot of our environmental projects are on a shoestring budget) and the creative team (wanting to be, again, well creative). This person will need to be strong and resilient to balance both of those needs.

4.Design Acumen: With all the above, this last attribute is not required, but is a nice to have -- good judgment regarding the design process and end product. Being someone who has worked in the design world and understands it, can develop a strong creative brief or give good art direction would be the icing on the cake.

Experience: 3+ years full-time experience (post Bachelor's degree).
