This position requires working in a semiconductor fab environment and familiarization with basic process flows in FEOL, BEOL and/or memory manufacturing. The successful candidate will work across multiple teams and facilitate process flow setup, WIP management, process flow and unit process troubleshooting. Skill in supporting the resolution of complex engineering problems is necessary. Effective communication with team members and across business units is required to support customer objectives. Independent work as well as leading short-term projects is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • WIP management using one or more manufacturing execution systems.

  • Lot ownership and processing for on-site and off-site internal customers.

  • Construct and troubleshoot process modules and process routes.

  • Maintain daily database information.

  • Interface across business units to resolve issues.

  • Perform unit process experiments and troubleshooting in area of expertise.

  • Collect, interpret and report on data in meetings and through presentations.

  • Make recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency.

  • Weekend shift coverage.
