Our team of engineers perform rigorous testswith our athletes year round. The data we collect from performance testing andour application of that knowledge to our product is what separates FOX fromevery other suspension company.


Daily creation of buildplan reporting as well as other planning and maintenance reports. Support toproduction control for issuing and tracking work orders, ensuring that requiredmaterial is supplied to the production floor, expediting and prioritizing partsthrough the factory and maintaining scheduled dates on work orders.

Responsibilities includebut not limited to:

  • Daily creation of reports required by the planning department.This will require moderate excel skills, a high level of attention to detail.

  • Data input for maintenance details of the items and work orders usingmanual input and data up loads.

  • Support the execution of the short term (0-4 weeks) productionschedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery of all customer orders.

  • Under some direction will be responsible for the analysiscapacity planning and material requirements advising sales of push outs.

  • Interface with manufacturing personnel, purchasing personnel,etc. on material status and production planning issues.

  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directedor assigned.

  • Approve and implement deviations from schedules and ECNs.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety ofchanging situations.


  • 2-year degree, 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing environment.

  • Demonstrated experience with production planning, MRP/ERP systems (Oracle or SAP)

  • Quality/continuous improvement initiatives

  • Manufacturing Safety best practices

  • Proficient Microsoft Office Excel skills, including writing macro instructions and advanced VLOOKUP functions

  • Solid analytical skills

  • Excellent communications skills (oral & written)

  • Ability to work within a team

  • Self-motivated

Job Overview The MOG business unit within TE Connectivity is currently seeking an experienced Manager of Quality for our growing Aerospace business. The responsibility of the Manager will be to provide leadership for our site quality and regulatory activities; Design and execute our global quality systems; Provide Leadership for our Quality team members with a focus on talent development. What you will be doing... * Lead and coach the Quality Assurance Team to ensure maximum team performance which includes hands-on leadership and development / coaching of direct and indirect reports * Member of Plant Leadership team that determines plant direction * Lead and oversee the deployment and execution of Quality policies objectives, targets, goals, and Quality Initiatives * Lead and maintain the global Quality Management System across several sites covering ISO 9001: 2015 that meets all customer, statutory and regulatory requirements. Which includes a strong external and internal Audit Program * Drive and engage cross functions teams to conduct root cause analysis on both internal and external quality issues and formulate resolutions in a timely manner. Also, to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of actions and prevent problem from reoccurring. * Maintain a statistically stable measurement system for products and laboratory testing in accordance with accepted industry standards. * Provide training and leadership in the application of statistical methods and quality tools throughout the business. Principle resource for quality methods, statistical process and quality control. * Identify gaps and opportunities and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization. * Be a key interface with Sales, Product Marketing, and Manufacturing to meet customer's needs through customer contact.
