Production Control Coordinator FT

The Production Control Coordinator at ArcWorks acts as an Operations and Clerical support in the management of daily operations. The Coordinator is responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvements to the ArcWorks production processes and the development of new operational process capabilities. The Coordinator acts as the primary support liaison between the Sales Managers, Operations group and the Customers. The Coordinator is authorized to implement corrective actions to improve production quality, processes, and/or safe work environment

Minimum Education & Experience:

• Associates' degree in Manufacturing/Business Operations or Engineering preferred

• Plus two years' experience working in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical, electrical knowledge required; familiarity with equipment required.

• Experience in an ISO environment desired.

• Experience with time and motion studies / time studies preferred.

• Experience in manufacturing enterprise software highly desired.

• Lean manufacturing, 5s, process development desired.

Licensure/Certification

• Valid NYS Driver's License. Availability of insured personal vehicle to transport self and/or individuals as necessary.

• Experience in OSHA and safety regulations; emergency evacuations drills preferred.
