The Production control coordinator interfaces with the production control managers to ensure updated information and on time delivery is given to CSR. They also prepare daily reports and documentation are properly completed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Confers with production control managers to determine progress of work completion dates

  • Serve as a link between customer service and production control managers to provide feedback on potential bottleneck areas to CSR

  • Prepare daily documentation and reports on progress of work and production issues

  • Participate in daily production meetings

  • Provide CSR updates on factory problems, situations, and current production schedule

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job

  • Working knowledge and use of Excel and Access Reports

  • Understand basic arithmetic in reference to software programs and reports

  • Ability to visually verify fine detail work

  • Ability to understand and follow directions regarding production control

  • Ability to learn and complete Oracle software

  • Able to handle situations involving sensitive issues with professionalism and tact

  • Capable of quickly accessing a situation and relaying production scheduling information to CSR.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year experience in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards preferred.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation.
