What You'll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a Production Control Analyst to support the Infrastructure Engineering group at the US Navy's Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD).

The Production Control Analyst will provide support to ensure the successful planning, execution, and management of infrastructure engineering projects. This role will involve working closely with project managers, engineers, stakeholders, and other team members to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to project objectives and timelines.

This position is on-site in Bethesda, MD with option to telework.

More About the Role:

  • Interface with customers to determine technical requirements of facilities projects.

  • Task proposed projects to engineers to develop engineering plans and estimate costs from technical requirements.

  • Review outgoing cost proposals.

  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.

  • Communicate production schedules and changes to relevant stakeholders.

  • Coordinate subcontracts/vendors for facilities upgrade projects.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in, Operations Management, Engineering, or Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3-7 years of experience in program/project management, or related.

  • Experience with US Navy or DoD programs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience interfacing with customers.

  • Strong collaboration skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. (US Citizenship is required in order to obtain a security clearance from the DoD.)

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with resource management.

  • Experience with construction projects.

  • Experience with Navy.

  • Active DoD Secret clearance.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$60,100 - $123,300
