Coaches leaders in behavioral techniques necessary to effectively lead teams. Guides leaders on process improvement techniques and selecting and utilizing tools to continually improve efficiency levels and achieve complete adherence to established standards.
Leads the fulfillment of tactical/non-tactical and/or behavioral goals. May lead problem solving sessions and other coaching/feedback sessions to communicate guidance to leaders. Selecting from a wide variety of tools, recommends appropriate techniques to increase leadership effectiveness. Guides leaders in developing their individual and team development plans with the aim of creating a more effective company.
Contributes to the department's performance by becoming part of the leadership team. Participates in functional meetings to share progress/results and assess future development needs for the team. Creates awareness of an area of focus.
Coordinates logistics for maturity assessments and acts as an assessor for other departments.
