Position Summary:

Performs various production control activities including gathering and filing records, reporting on use of materials, monitoring, and closing production orders, posting production schedules, and scheduling. Continues to drive training processes and collaborates on new SOP documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Performs a combination of related duties, such as recording and compiling production data, product specifications, work order packets and production sheets, according to the prescribed recording procedures.
• Back-up and assist production scheduling for the converting department, and monitor material deliveries to ensure on-time delivery.
• Reviews and technically completes work orders (TECO) to ensure materials, packaging, and hours are accurately accounted for in SAP.
• Compiles, edits, and processes daily reports for KPI board.
• Maintains inventory for FG, WIP, Cores and Boxes in 6391.
• Performs other assigned but qualified duties.
• Assists on Production Floor.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience.
• Understands ERP systems, SAP preferred
• Intermediate skill level with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Works under the direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
