The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Supervise employees to ensure on time delivery * This position reports directly to the Plant Superintendant * Supervisor studies schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment. Sample St South Bend, IN. 46619 Duties and Responsibilities * Supervise hourly work force * Assist in clerical support activities as required * Monitor incoming / outbound stock trailer loads to ensure accuracy and timeliness * Work within the guidelines of the Union contract and enforces safety regulations * Recommends measures to improve methods, equipment performance and quality of product * Maintain time and production records * Confer with other Supervisors to coordinate activities of individual areas Required Qualifications: * Must be able to think analytically and poses sharp problem solving skills * Must be comfortable with speaking to employees and engaging large groups * PC skills require working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel programs * Bachelor's degree or one to two years (+) related or equivalent experience in a related role and/or training required * Working hours 3pm-11:30pm Preferred Skills: * Steel Stamping * Supervisory experience * Union shop experience * Working knowledge of SAP a plus * Warehouse experience Education Bachelors Degree in Management or Other Hubbell Incorporated, its subsidiaries and affiliates, is an EO Employer AA: M/F/Veteran/Disability.
