Job Description:

AFTERPAINT TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities Include:

Reading a tape measure

Installing Fiberglass Insulation

Working with perforated sheet metal

Working with power tools - drill, impact driver, angle grinder, etc.

Installing door hardware

Painting/caulking

Working from ladders and scissor lifts, wearing fall protection

Job Description:

Performs non production activities which support the manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance

• Operating System (COS) practices and Operations Excellence (OE) methodology throughout the plant.Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet manufacturing goals.Works with peers and all levels of the organization to maintain process performance.TeamworkCommunicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements.Participates actively in the identification of ways in which to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
