Production Associate

Location: Tullahoma, TN

Position: Production Associate

Wage: $ 16.71 +$0.50 for Shift Diff

Shift: 2nd- 3:30 pm- 12:00 am. *overtime may be required

While reporting to the Department Manager, as a (Production Associate) you will perform tasks that are necessary to provide high quality, efficient, timely shipment of Sonoco products. Utility to perform assigned 5S tasks in the plant.

What you will be doing:

• The safety and health of employees take precedence over all duties of this job.

• Performing and documenting routine inspection

• Pack and label boxes according to instructions.

• Moves parts to designated area. and stretch wraps and Bands finished product

• Use gauges, scales and other measuring equipment to verify quality specifications.

• Completes and maintains records according to production and quality standards.

• Other duties as required.

• Ability to manipulate small parts on a consistent basis.
