With a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach, we are dedicated to providing top-notch trading cards and memorabilia to our clients. OnIt Athlete is on track to work with over 65 Universities and 215 teams in 2024. In 2024, OnIt Athlete is on track to pay student athletes over $5 million.

Position: Production Associate

Location: Boise, ID

Responsibilities:

• Performing various production tasks, such as packaging, labeling, and assembling trading card products
• Following detailed instructions and quality control procedures to ensure high-quality output
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Assisting with inventory management and stock control
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
