Production Associate II

What will you do? Under general supervision builds and assembles large frames for motor control centers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES: Read blueprints and diagrams Use of hand tools Some crane lift operation Attention to detail Participate in general housekeeping (5S) duties within work area Perform general preventative maintenance (PM) tasks on area equipment as needed Cross-train and rotate through various stations within department as needed to provide additional support Conduct on-the-job (OTJ) for newly hired and/or transferred employees Report material and equipment problems to appropriate personnel Participate in meetings to resolve production issues and interface with other shifts and support groups as needed Other duties as assigned What qualifications will make you successful?
