Production Associate

The Production Associate is responsible for tasks assigned by the Shift Supervisor based upon the daily needs of the plant.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate all machinery for each line to which they are assigned.

• May be called upon to stack lines, hand-pack lines, palletize boxes, fork cups, or any other tasks deemed necessary by the Shift Supervisor.

• Safely perform duties assigned by supervisor or manager

• Maintain general housekeeping of the areas assigned.

• Assist in maintaining the quality of the product for the assigned area.

• Other duties as assigned by Production Supervisors or Production Manager.

Training Requirements: Food Safety, Food Security, Safety, HACCP as assigned to the area, and Pallet Jack Training.

Physical Demands: Able to lift 50 pounds or less repeatedly for ten hours and be able to remain standing 100% of the shift. Must pass a functional capacity test prior to employment.
