JOB DETAILS
Base pay starts at $19.00 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential
2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am (Monday thru Thursday)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reads routing and performs work as assigned by department supervisor
Track production on schedule boards
Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
Maintain a clean and safe work area
General Labor in different departments of the shop facility
Moving of raw materials with overhead crane and forklift
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 1 years' experience in high production manufacturing environment
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical data and select correct raw material or semi-finished parts
Ability to communicate information effectively one-on-one and in small group situations and settings is required
Perform general mathematic calculations including but not limited to addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, percentages, and division
Use power hand tools
Drive a forklift
Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
Read different measuring devices (i.e. tape measure, protractor, micrometer)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
