Primary Responsibility:

As a Production Assistant Web, you assist the Operator in safely setting up and operating the machine to achieve a quality product at the target speed.

What You'll Do:

• Work Environment: Maintain a clean work environment, following the 5S system.

• Product Quality: Ensure the quality, labeling, and stacking of the product.

• Handling and Stacking: Handle and stack product neatly for the next operation.

• Optimizing Downtime: Make productive use of machine downtime by assisting with setup and other tasks.

• Adaptation: Occasionally perform different jobs or work in other departments based on production needs.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: Experience operating a large format die cutter, preferably in a folding carton environment. High school diploma or equivalent; mechanical skills.

• Tech Skills: Basic computer skills and software use.

• Language Skills: Clear communication in English.

• Mathematical Acumen: Strong math skills, including fractions, decimals, equations, and measurements.

• Physical Demands: Ability to perform manual labor, lift 25-75 pounds, and work 8-hour shifts.

• Attendance: Punctuality, regular attendance, and overtime availability.

Commitment and Availability:

Regular attendance and punctuality are fundamental requirements. You must also be available for overtime work when necessary.
