If your answer is "yes" and you offer the skills below, we need to have a conversation.

What does a Production Assistant do?

You can compare it to the car races. The press is the car, Production Assistants (Slitters and Utilities) are the Technicians that ensure the car is in tip top shape to run the race!

A run-down of the customer order provides the list of essentials for the race. We never skimp on quality and safety you're walking a very fine line here. That is why we need people who can think and thrive in a fast-moving environment, comfortable working in and around state of the art technology driving high-tech flexographic presses, slitting machines and re-winders.

Just like the races, there can be a bit of noise and dirt no worries we've got you covered! We provide you with ear protection, safety glasses, rubber gloves and company T-Shirts.

Just like the races, Safety and Quality are a given. We operate in a Lean Six-Sigma environment.

That means we check, re-check and do a test run before the race. No looking around for tools because there is a place for everything and everything in its place. Every step has been thought out to ensure the highest level of efficiency time is money.

You have high standards and it will show in your work. We will hold you to it, but only because we know you can handle it. All we need are driven people who can follow the rules.

Just like the races, you don't see a technician sitting in a chair! You will be on the move!

You need to wear comfy steel-toed or composite-toes shoes or boots. We can help you out with that when you purchase a new pair. We want you physically fit, ready and able to stand, move around, stretch, stoop, lift and bend. We even have carts to push/ pull.

Just like the races, it can get a little warm, but guess what? We operate ina climate-controlled facility keeping the temp at an even 70! You can wear season appropriate attire with the T shirt just ensure there are no tears or holes you don't want to get caught in moving parts.

Just like the races, we are in it to win it. That means making our customers happy with a quality product delivered on time.

Satisfied customers determine the next race. We don't disappoint!
