The Production Artist is primarily responsible for assisting other designers on smaller design projects and tasks to create overall margin across the team. This role will also support other graphic designers with the production of art/design tasks and ensure proper organization of graphic design files. This role utilizes their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church's mission and to reach people for Christ.

The Creative Media Group consists of six individual teams-Content Development, Graphic Design & Photography, Global Arts, Production, Filmmaking, and Creative Strategies. These teams work closely and collaboratively to ensure every ministry at Life.Church has the creative resources they need to thrive. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate directly with CTL - Art Direction and graphic designers to manage the production art/design tasks.

  • Work with key art master files to export various graphic assets across various platforms.

  • Ensure an organized file structure for graphic design projects.

  • Assist the Design & Photography teams on smaller design projects and tasks.

  • Create designs and artwork using design software and other applicable tools for assigned tasks.

  • Manage project management system and fulfill project requests timely.

Skills Needed to Succeed

  • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.

  • Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster partnerships.

  • Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Design school or 12 months of related work experience.

  • Bonus: Familiar with maximizing artwork through AI tools.
