As a Production Artist (Lead Graphic Design Technician), you'll produce digital files for printing accurately and on time. You will be able to prioritize work appropriately, accurately account for time and alert the correct parties immediately if a deadline is in jeopardy. As a critical and central member of the team, you're able to work successfully with the creative team, your project manager and the lead senior production designer.

• Achieving graphic and quality standards like trademarks, logos, legal and regulatory requirements including AFFCO/NASC file standards

• Collaborating with peers to ensure success of all projects

• Troubleshooting complex problems, including recognizing and solving system errors, data recovery techniques, and network management

• Completing design variations based on key artwork

• Preparing packaging and print pre-press files and organizing final files for the team

Requirements

• High School diploma
• 3+ years of experience in print and digital production including, but not limited to, knowledge of packaging, pre-press process, packaging die-vinyls, keylines, and proofing
• 2+ years of experience using Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

Other

• Completed college courses preferred

• Experience with Figma and PowerPoint preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $53,000 to $87,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
