The brand also sells at luxury department stores and boutiques including Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdales nationwide, and Harry Rosen throughout Canada. Robert Graham has retail presence in more than a dozen countries around the world and has showrooms located in New York City, Los Angeles, Dallas, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and Dusseldorf.

From sourcing raw materials to manufacturing, order placement, pricing and quality control and getting the finished product where it needs to be, our production team is responsible for ensuring we keep our standards high and our business profitable at every step of the journey. Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Centric Brands is looking for a dynamic, creative and numbers driven Production Assistant to join its Robert Graham team. This individual must be a self-starter and team player who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about joining a team on a journey to accelerate transformation across Centric Brands.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Reporting

  • Create various data reports based on seasonal buys and production activity supporting the division in update to date, accurate information

  • Maintain data on a daily/weekly basis as needed

  • Ability to use excel to create multiple reports

  • Provide a strong ownership of data accuracy

Production Development

  • Partner with Design and Merchandising to ensure timely execution of product development calendar

  • Work with mill for materials cost, MOQ and lead time for samples and bulk production

  • Tracking of raw material from mill to factory producing samples

  • Update as necessary, the merch recap (and eventually PLM Product Lifecycle Management system) for information related to the styles for their category

  • Work with design and surface teams to ensure all work is being done as required for each style in their category

  • Enter and place sample purchase orders for all locations

  • Coordinate with factories on sample requirements (how many samples to produced, how to ship, where to ship, ect)

  • Update excel charts with tracking, eta dates, receipts, etc.

  • Track all US shipments and resolve any issues impeding US Customs clearance and delivery

  • Create updated Canada Customs Invoice (CCI) for all Canada shipments with updated FOB pricing and pass to accounting for billing

Finished Goods Production Management

  • Enter production POs and actively engage in WIP management

  • Be an active participant in the line meetings and take notes as necessary

  • Follow up with design to ensure all tech packs and necessary information is being communicated to the factory

  • Coordinate with factories on all issues regarding production and delivery of finished goods

  • Maintain fabric content / wash care files for sales and ecommerce

  • Generate and distribute UPC information

  • Following direction of VP, communicate all negotiating strategies to all vendors and mills

  • Update seasonal buy spreadsheets with pricing, minimums, and lead times

  • Update A2000, PLM, and SAP with any delivery changes and PP/TOP status

  • Attend fittings when necessary

Other General Duties

  • Assist in HTS assignment and update of HTS codes in A2000
  • Other ad hoc projects as requested

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically strong excel reporting

  • Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, highly detail oriented and meticulous

  • Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1+ year experience in apparel production and sourcing

Salary Range: $47,000 - $55,000

At Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent. Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
