The Production Planning Analyst is responsible for coordinating the flow of materials and managing inventories to meet wine bottling schedules across our production facilities, and with our co-packing partners.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience:


  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel

  • Business Degree ore related field

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills; able to self-manage priorities, workflow and meet tight deadlines

  • Team player with ability to negotiate with intra/inter organizational cross-functional teams

  • Exhibit versatility, enthusiasm, flexibility and willingness to work with changing priorities

  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and high standards

  • Flexibility to work in multiple locations and in a hot desk environment


  • ERP/MRP software

  • 1-5 years' experience in production/ materials planning principles

  • Business experience in wine industry

  • Knowledge of State & Federal compliance regulation as it relates to label requirements and registration

  • Knowledge of data warehousing & reporting softwares

  • Technical Background

Candidate will be responsible for the layout and installation of new and retrofit communications equipment and systems and act as the onsite lead reporting directly to the project manager while supervising a crew of up to 4 personnel. Candidate will apply knowledge of systems design to aid in updating existing working and cable plant infrastructures. Assist in conducting site surveys and planning and preparing for work to be performed. Applicant will also be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and analysis of audio and video techniques and equipment. Applicant will perform equipment engineering, design evaluations and development of a wide range of audio and video products. Applicant will provide audio/ visual (A/V) technical support for meetings and conferences, recommend alterations to designs to improve quality of products and/or procedures, provides customers training of the A/V products relating to features and functionality. Applicant must be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures relating to A/V procedures and systems support involving research, analysis, design, development, and logistics support of communications technologies. The selected candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities: Integrating, Installing, maintaining, supporting and repairing digital video conferencing systems integration solutions based on schematic layouts and building plans. Completing full integrations, de-installs, digital upgrades, and customer education. Applicant must have in-depth experience with the installation of A/V equipment and systems and a variety of support services concepts, practices, and procedures, to include: projectors and plasma displays, routers, and video conferencing, projectors 3D media, graphics, presentations, cameras and streaming media equipment. Familiarity with wallboards is preferred. Experience with Video-Tele-conferencing is required. Ability to work alone or with a team of diverse individuals. Ability to work within a strict time-frame and hard deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels. Performing other duties as assigned. Required Skills * Ability to interpret and update schematic drawings using both Visio and WireCAD. * Ability to work with individually and with a team of Engineers and AV/VTC Technicians. * Electronics Training from Trade School or Military is a plus. * Must currently possess an active DoD Clearance at a minimum of a Secret level and be eligible/able to obtain a Top Secret clearance. * Experience with complete integration of digital audiovisual systems, from equipment rack fabrication, full in-house testing, on-site installation, customer training, and post install phone support. * Experience with MS Office, Visio, AutoCAD, or other graphical design software. * Experience in IP infrastructure devices and cabling * Experience with Government Customers is highly desired. Required Experience Associate's Degree in a technical discipline field and eight years of progressive experience in telecommunications and related C-E systems technologies, analysis, design, research, development, test and evaluation, or logistics support. or High School diploma or equivalent and ten years of progressive experience in telecommunications and related C-E systems technologies, analysis, design, research, development, test and evaluation, or logistics support.
