Volt is immediately hiring a Production Administrative Assistant in Irvine, CA. Pay rate between $18-$19 per hour.
As a Production Administrative Assistant, you will:
Data entry.
Process work orders.
Print labels and installation instructions.
Help process time adjustments.
This is a Full-Time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and excel.
Be comfortable working and communicating with professionals at all levels.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to write effectively.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Pay Rate: $18-$19 per hour
