Product/Business Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager/Business Manager to add value and drive strategic Corsair Custom Lab product activities to meet revenue, margin, and product launch goals.

In this collaborative role, you will be responsible for coordinating activities across multiple business units, while defining and executing a product road map with customization options never seen before in the field of gaming peripherals! You will act as a cross-functional leader for the product, helping bring together various teams from marketing, engineering, supply chain, finance and D2C, and oversee the introduction of the new products from start to finish.

The role will require a product manager mindset combined with strong business acumen.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Responsible for Corsair Custom Lab P&L and forecast

• Define product roadmap, business case, and manage product requirements

• Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market intelligence and research

• Manage the complete product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

• Provide business leadership to the cross-functional product development team throughout design, development, and product releases

• Capture user stories and acceptance criteria to communicate clear product objectives and requirements

• Work with the marketing team to develop the Go-To-Market plans for new products

• Collaborate with Channel Marketing to identify new business opportunities

• Communicate product plans and success measures, sharing progress across the company

• Coordinate cross-functionally with developers, UX designers, and project managers to build consensus on prioritization which drives product execution

• Communicate requirements and product evolution plans to cross portfolio product managers, development primes, support organizations, and marketing teams

• Collaborate with technical teams on feature feasibility and approach

• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

• Utilize data from BI, Power BI, and Consumer Insights to provide recommendations and analysis to further drive the category

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 3 to 5 years experience in Product Marketing, Program Management, Product Management or Business Manager role

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science fields preferred. MBA a plus

• Strong project management skills including scheduling and maintaining communication to a development team

• Passionate about the gaming space

• Proven track record of delivering against business goals

• Experience in consumer electronics and/or console gaming products is preferred

• Experience using gaming controllers, headsets & other products, or/and gaming software

• A can-do attitude

• Strong presentation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Flexible, self-starter, desire to solve any problem

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Annual Salary Range

$115,000-$140,000 USD
