Product Support Specialist

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a qualified Product Support Specialist to become an integral part of our team Your experience working as a JP Court Clerk or i a Municipal Court Clerk could land you this amazing opportunity with one of the most widely used Case Management vendors in Texas. We have one position remaining for the right individual to help train, support, and work with our software development teams to test and document software procedures and concepts.

Responsibilities: Learn to use and assist clients with issues encountered while using our software. Collaborate with the product development teams to ensure they address issues resulting from software bugs. Work with clients to refine designs and secure final approval for development and production.

Collaborate with fellow staff and learn to train users. Travel to client sites may be required. Qualifications: Previous experience in Justice and Municipal Courts is a significant plus.

Familiarity with Court Case Management processes and procedures. Excellent presentation skills. Deadline and detail-oriented.
