Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an energetic and flexible Product Support Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. You must be local to Kamloops, B.C and or be willing to relocate to Kamloops for this role. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and skilled in sales, particularly in oils, lubricants, and safety-related equipment. The ideal candidate should be adept at multitasking, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with both computer systems and direct customer interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build quotes and prepare presentations for customer bids.
  • Manage customer communications, including phone calls and in-person meetings.
  • Handle the receiving, unloading, and re-shipping of inventory.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products as per customer orders.
  • Provide operational support and assist in various marketing efforts, including online promotions and trade show participation.
  • Travel as required for customer engagement and sales activities.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically with oils, lubricants, and safety equipment.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment used in construction, forestry, mining, and oil and gas industries.
  • Strong computer and system navigation skills.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain customer and internal relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Background in marketing and promotional activities.
