The Product Support Sales Rep
What You Will Do in This Role:
Establish a working, professional, positive relationship with customers.
Maintain open communication, and working relationship, with Sales, Service, Parts, and Rental personnel.
Actively seek new customers and markets for Product Support opportunity with the applicable market segment(s).
Responsible for coordination of customer training and meetings.
Inspect and accurately prepare repair quotes and present them to the customer.
Stay aware of current business status and changes in the assigned territory. Remain current on product knowledge and competitive product lines. Update competitive profiles, pricing and activity of each competitor in assigned territory.
Time management and customer call planning to include: objective of customer call, results, and required follow up.
Work as part of a team.
Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Previous sales experience
Two or more years' experience in a related field
Strong knowledge of Shuttlewagon and related competitive equipment
Effective presentation skills
Positive customer service
Strong communication skills

Experience in parts and service
College degree
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
