Experience and Skills High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred. Ability to read and understand product manuals and guides. 3-5 years prior product / customer support experience. Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Technical curiosity. Ability to understand the product manufacturing process. Highly organized.
