Job Summary:

This position will create, analyze and maintain standard jobs. The standard job review process will focus on their usage, efficiency and accuracy (labor and parts). This position will build quotes in PSQ for service departments and product support salesmen. This position will focus brining consistency in the service work flow from initial customer contact to work order invoice. This position will outline store improvement plans and work with the Regional Product Support Managers to implement the improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, create, review and maintain Standard Jobs. Decides the appropriate parts associated with a variety of repair options, sets time requirements and scope of work of the repair (repair process). Following creation of standard jobs, evaluates the process and determines any corrective action and provides recommendations to improve service performance and efficiency. Provide guidance and support in the implementation of the recommendations.

  • Develop and implement solutions to improve service variance, working with technicians and service management to improve performance and processes; to ensure the standard job time is in line with actual time worked.

  • Implement shop practices to improve service variance by reviewing and analyzing the repair scope of work and standard job performance enterprise wide.

  • Conducts analysis of service work orders, techniques and processes. Determine and create based on the analysis the standard jobs/value point options (scope of job, time requirements and repair options) on the most common work order activities found through the analysis.

  • Create and conduct training of standard jobs in the various systems (DBS and Eagle) at all Fabick locations.

  • Review the service processes at each major service location to train and support the implementation of the service techniques and processes. Identifies, develops and implements action plan for stores to improve compliance to the service techniques and processes. Assist the Regional Product Support Managers in implementing the improvement plan.

  • Maintain a high level of technical proficiency through DPC courses, classroom trainings or self-training to increase level of mechanical competencies to ensure thorough knowledge of equipment and engines.

  • Create customer quotes in Parts and Service Quoter (PSQ)

  • Audit and train locations on correct DOT procedures

  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Prior experience with heavy equipment maintenance and repair operations is preferred.

  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

  • Candidate must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; high critical thinking ability.

  • Strong knowledge of computer software programs with proficiency in using a variety of software applications especially Microsoft Word & PowerPoint including extensive knowledge in Excel.

  • Ability to set goals, manage multiple projects simultaneously while establishing priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, Caterpillar and other Fabick employees at all levels.

  • Ability to run reports, analyze data and draw conclusions from the information to offer recommendations to others.

  • Ability to create and present value based alternatives and solutions to internal customers based on your own conclusions and recommendations.

  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to support store locations in Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin and Upper Peninsula Michigan.

We welcome new ideas and share a passion for excellence.</p><p>The Analyst, Specialty Pharmacy Pricing is responsible for obtaining, analyzing, integrating, and delivering specialty claims utilization data and specialty pharmacy provider data to deliver financial analysis and operational support to the Navitus Sales, Client Services and Provider Services teams. This position will also provide support of specialty pharmacy programs to internal and external stakeholders through reporting and inquiry response.</p><p>The Analyst, Specialty Pharmacy Pricing supports and evaluates agreements with specialty pharmacy providers and prospective clients via specialty pharmacy financial price modeling, analysis, and reporting. The position's primary responsibility is to incorporate specialty pharmacy provider reimbursement data, client or prospective client specialty pharmaceutical purchases information, and other information to establish specialty pharmacy prices in support of Navitus sales. Other responsibilities include analysis of specialty pharmacy claims, specialty pharmacy provider and other data to support the Provider Services and Client Services teams. The individual will be expected to understand and interpret data, including claims utilization from Navitus' data warehouse and from NCRx, formulary files, pharmacy network databases, NCPDP pharmacy files, Medispan files, and other databases required from time-to-time to facilitate successful delivery of information for internal decision making and supporting customers' data reporting requirements. Specialty provider and network performance will be analyzed in support of network development, contracting negotiations, and RFP proposals. The Analyst, Specialty Pharmacy Pricing, under the direction and supervision of Provider Services leadership, is responsible for evaluating specialty pharmacy participation agreements to maximize pharmacy discounts and identify network opportunities for Navitus' current and prospective clients. The Analyst, Specialty Pharmacy Pricing will support client communications, program requirements and research inquiries to ensure Navitus is meeting specialty program obligations.</p><p>This position is responsible for ensuring the timely, consistent, and accurate analysis of specialty pharmacy contract terms and pricing in the Pharmacy Contract database and maintaining the sales database of both contracted and non-contracted providers for prospective sales opportunities. This position will also support Navitus client inquiries regarding specialty pharmacy contractual issues, specialty pharmacy services, and specialty pharmacy provider discounts.
