Product Support Coordinator
Introduction: Fast growing and successful green industry firm seeks a Product Support Coordinator. This firm services Green Industry customers from Agriculture, Landscaping, Site Construction, Soil Blending, and Commercial Construction. The area of responsibility would be supporting the team in the Connecticut.

Responsibilities:
Product Support for Ellington, CT location as well as assist with other locations in CT
Work with Product Delivery team to coordinate driver paperwork for trucks parked at Ellington.
Maintain relationship with drivers and assist with driver communication as needed.
Maintain inventory of materials at Ellington site and communicate with Ops Team & Product Dispatch to ensure we have materials needed in the yard.
Responsible for coordination and management of WeCare Compost, Mulch, and Soils in designated regions and/or directed by management.
Supports team and works with drivers and sub contracted drivers on material moves.
Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
Accounts Payable for CT vendors, review invoices and create PO's.
Support sales and management team.
Handle customer calls, email, and website inquires as they come in and disperse information to sales team as needed.
Maintain accurate records as needed by the sales and management teams as it relates to the sale of products.
Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Travel:
Job Specifications:
Preferred experience in sales or administrative support in the green industry
Educational background and experience to include logistics, coordination, administrative support
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Customer Service minded with strong communication and follow up
Proven ability to support other team members in their day to day
Strong interpersonal communication skills, organized, and a team player
Bachelor's degree and/or related experience preferred
Compensation: Dependent on Experience Level
