The objective of the Product Support Associate is to provide world class customer contact and technical support to ensure users get the most out of their product experience. This role encompasses both reactive support for transactional issues (eg. billing, account maintenance, and order status inquiries), technical issues (e.g. software and hardware troubleshooting) and proactive support. Associates are also responsible for working closely with the client to create product issue tickets as well as process-improving recommendations.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Improve the strategy for customer care and overall experience for the millions of users of client's products by identifying and documenting recommendations to the client

  • Influence the development of client's products by reporting enhancement requests received from customers regarding hardware, features, etc.

  • Provide reactive technical support to customers through video, phone, chat and email channels

  • Coach and educate users about client's top consumer products and their key features

  • Independently identify, troubleshoot, document, categorize and resolve customer issues; escalate complex problems according to defined escalation procedures

  • Communicate bug fixes and new product enhancements to customers

Expected Outputs:

  • Own end-to-end resolution of customer issues and questions to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Develop relationships with customers over time through multiple engagements

  • Address customer questions in a timely manner while maintaining a level of quality in communication that meets or exceeds written expectations

  • Submit high-quality questions or suggestions to the team lead, the supervisor or the client in order to influence and drive program improvements

  • Review quality feedback with supervisor

  • Follow proper diagnosing and escalation procedures

We are looking to add an Associate level team member with the drive to be the ACH strategic innovator. The successful candidate will establish relationships with our key innovation partners in order to design and formulate strategies for ACH growth in the low value payment space. The individual will work closely with the ACH Product team, Sales, Technology, Operations and other key partners to create and develop new services in our ACH Product suite. This Associate will be a key contributor to the development, implementation and coordination of the product innovation. These responsibilities include product positioning, marketability, growth, and overall business competitiveness. This individual will assist in the establishment of the product pricing structure, partner with the teams charged with integration of systems and operations that interface with this product strategy, and be a force in the build out of sales and marketing programs. The Associate will have the opportunity work closely with senior partners across Payables in order to exceed the marketplace demands while generating new and incremental net income. Responsibilities * Partner with the ACH Product team and drive the ACH innovation agenda that transforms our business to one that executes in an efficient, expedited, economically viable manner allowing us to deliver greater value to our clients while differentiating JPM from our competitors * Drive and promote the product direction and strategic roadmap for US ACH * Understand what is needed in the development of products that will close capability gaps, meet evolving client needs, and drive revenue growth that moves JPM to the top of the league tables. * Outline for management the product strategies and strategic initiatives needed to focus on addressing execution issues critical to the business * Engage internal and external partners/clients in order to fully understand the industry needs and develop product solutions that drive such innovation * Develop detailed project execution plans and tracking against milestones; problem solve issues that arise during the execution phase * Work with cross-functional teams to ensure implementations are on track and delivering against plan * Proactively educate themselves on the broader Treasury Services initiatives and market developments in order to be a leader in formulating partner opportunities Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience * Minimum 2+ years of experience on strategy/consulting teams and/or minimum 2+ years in banking; understanding of the payments business will be a strong asset * Understanding of current payments opportunities and how to effectively set the payments strategy, prioritize strategic initiatives and shape partnerships with technology innovators and industry groups * Understanding in innovation (AI, Blockchain, APIs etc.) and the ability to think strategically about how to advance business-led solutions * Exceptional written and oral communications skills required, including the ability to synthesize "the story" for executive-level audiences and adjust messages and style based on different audiences and agendas * Comfortable with financial and strategic modeling/analyses and develop business cases (e.g., new market and product initiatives, pricing, operating model changes) * Ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, working effectively in a matrix organization * Strong sense of prioritization and execution against critical deliverables, coupled with a sense of personal ownership for key projects / issue resolution * Self-motivated, willingness to attain challenging goals, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment working independently Jpmorgan Chase & Co.
